These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by The Social Growth Studio Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us").

By engaging our services, booking a consultation, or entering into a service agreement, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide specialist digital and creative services including but not limited to:

  • Digital marketing strategy

  • Content creation

  • Photography and videography

  • Brand development

  • Marketing consultancy

  • Digital growth strategy

All services are bespoke and tailored to each client. No two service agreements are identical and all work is performed based on agreed deliverables.

3. Consultation Process

All new client engagements begin with a paid consultation designed to assess suitability and develop a strategic approach.

Consultation terms:

  • Fee: £250 (payable in advance)

  • Booking confirmed only upon payment

  • Fee is non-refundable

  • Minimum 48 hours cancellation notice required

  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of fee

The consultation includes:

  • Business assessment

  • Growth opportunity analysis

  • Strategy discussion

  • Service suitability review

  • Bespoke proposal (where applicable)

We reserve the right to decline projects where we believe we cannot deliver appropriate value.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

General payments:

  • Invoices payable within 28 days

  • Late payments may result in work suspension

  • Statutory interest may be applied under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

Ongoing services:

  • Monthly retainers may require advance payment

  • Minimum contract periods may apply

  • Payment schedules will be defined in service contracts

Non-payment:

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend services

  • Withhold deliverables

  • Terminate agreements

  • Recover costs of debt collection

5. Professional Standards

We operate to professional commercial standards and reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work where:

  • Clients behave unprofessionally

  • Communication breaks down

  • Instructions conflict with legal or ethical standards

  • Payments are not maintained

We prioritise long-term professional relationships built on mutual respect.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing and digital performance depends on many external variables.

While we apply professional expertise, we do not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases

  • Lead generation levels

  • Social media growth

  • Engagement metrics

  • Search rankings

  • Advertising performance

Results depend on:

  • Market conditions

  • Competition

  • Client cooperation

  • Platform algorithms

  • Budget levels

  • External economic factors

We guarantee professional effort — not specific outcomes.

7. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Provide access to required accounts

  • Respond within reasonable timeframes

  • Approve materials promptly

  • Ensure rights to supplied materials

Delays caused by clients may affect timelines and results.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership:

All work remains property of The Social Growth Studio Ltd until paid in full.

Upon payment:
Clients receive usage rights to agreed deliverables.

Retained rights:

We retain ownership of:

  • Working files

  • Drafts

  • Concepts

  • Strategies

  • Systems

  • Processes

Portfolio rights:

We may display non-confidential work for:

  • Portfolio use

  • Marketing

  • Case studies

Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Business strategies

  • Financial information

  • Marketing plans

  • Trade processes

  • Customer data

Confidential information will not be disclosed unless legally required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

We shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business

  • Indirect losses

  • Algorithm changes

  • Platform restrictions

  • Advertising performance

  • Market downturns

  • Third-party failures

Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid.

11. Third Party Platforms

We are not responsible for actions taken by platforms such as:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • TikTok

  • LinkedIn

  • Google

  • Advertising networks

Including:

  • Account restrictions

  • Algorithm updates

  • Policy changes

  • Service outages

12. Termination

We may terminate services where:

  • Terms are breached

  • Payment fails

  • Cooperation fails

  • Abuse occurs

  • Legal risks arise

Outstanding balances remain payable.

13. Data Protection

We process data in accordance with:

We only collect necessary information required to deliver services.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

Disputes fall under English jurisdiction.
