3. Consultation Process
All new client engagements begin with a paid consultation designed to assess suitability and develop a strategic approach.
Consultation terms:

Fee: £250 (payable in advance)

Booking confirmed only upon payment

Fee is non-refundable

Minimum 48 hours cancellation notice required

Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of fee

We reserve the right to decline projects where we believe we cannot deliver appropriate value.
4. Fees and Payment Terms

Statutory interest may be applied under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
Ongoing services:

Monthly retainers may require advance payment

7. Client Obligations

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Systems

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
